Dates

− Submission of a 3-pages abstract to the scientific committee before March 31, 2018

− Notification of the review by the Scientific Committee before May 31, 2018.

− Submission of the entire contributions before August 31, 2018.

− Registration to the Symposium: September 2018.

− The Symposium will take place from December 13 to December 18, 2018.

− Submission of the papers for publication before March 1, 2019.

Costs

All participants in the symposium must register and pay online until September 30, 2018.

Please, carefully check the rate that applies to you (full fee or special fee). Payment must be made and an online registration completed (see below). After September 30, an additional fee will be charged. The rate includes cafeteria and lunch service, material for conferences, and tourist walk.
